Easy Walk in the Anti-Atlas

Make your way to the foothills of the High Atlas, where deep gorges and impressive rock formations create a striking and untamed landscape. As you begin your walk, the scenery gradually shifts, revealing a contrast between dry, rugged terrain and vibrant palm groves sustained by natural water sources.

Following quiet paths through the valley, you experience a sense of stillness and space, where the raw beauty of the mountains meets moments of unexpected greenery and life. The journey concludes with a relaxed Moroccan picnic in the shade of the palm trees, giving you time to slow down, take in the surroundings, and fully appreciate the atmosphere of this unique landscape.

What level of physical fitness is required?

This hiking and discovery journey is suitable for anyone with a normal level of health, fitness and stamina.

What equipment and clothing should I bring for the trip?

No special hiking gear is required, but technical clothing is always helpful.

  • Light trousers, shorts, or leggings with a T-shirt are sufficient

  • In winter: bring an extra layer

  • In summer: hats are essential

When visiting villages, please cover shoulders and legs to respect local traditions. Avoid jeans – they are not comfortable for hiking.

What else should I bring?

  • Sun protection is essential (Hat or cap, Sunscreen, Sunglasses)

  • Camera or phone

Do I need hiking shoes?

  • Recommended, but not essential.

  • Good sneakers can be sufficient

  • Hiking shoes are better if you need more ankle support

Who do I make the payment to?

As we are a local travel agency based in Marrakech, payment is made via international bank transfer to our Moroccan account. If you prefer alternative payment methods, such as PayPal or a transfer to a German bank account, please contact us directly to discuss the available options.

Who do I enter into the travel contract with?

If you decide to book this journey, you will enter into the travel contract directly with us, TODO TRAVEL. We have been working for many years with well-known tour operators such as ASI Reisen, WeDesignTrips, It’s Your Trip, and many others, and we have over 30 years of travel experience in Morocco.

What are the payment terms?

20% deposit upon confirmation of the trip

80% balance payment 14 days before departure

What are the policies for changes, cancellation, and no-show?

Up to 31 days before arrival: 20%

Up to 21 days before arrival: 40%

Up to 10 days before arrival: 65%

Less than 9 days before arrival: 100%

In case of no-show: 100%
