Today’s route takes us to Tiout, a palm oasis with around 2,000 date palms. We follow traditional irrigation systems through fertile fields and experience the calm morning atmosphere of the oasis.
The trail leads past argan trees up to a Berber village at around 900 meters altitude. From here, we enjoy panoramic views over the High Atlas, the Souss Valley, and the palm oasis.
The descent reveals ever-changing landscapes and impressive views.

What level of physical fitness is required?
This hiking and discovery journey is suitable for anyone with a normal level of health, fitness and stamina.
What equipment and clothing should I bring for the trip?
No special hiking gear is required, but technical clothing is always helpful.

When visiting villages, please cover shoulders and legs to respect local traditions. Avoid jeans – they are not comfortable for hiking.
