From Mountain Valleys to Timeless Taroudant
Embark on a captivating hiking journey through the enchanting Souss Valley in southern Morocco, set between the majestic peaks of the High Atlas and the dramatic gorges of the Anti-Atlas. Your route leads through timeless Berber villages where ancient traditions and ways of life are still preserved. Along the way, discover winding waterways, lush wadis and blooming oleanders, where clear water flows gently over smooth stones and the peaceful beauty of nature unfolds.
Your base, Taroudant, is a hidden gem of southern Morocco. Enclosed by impressive city walls, it reveals a maze of narrow alleys, lively souks and colorful markets. Less touristy than Marrakech, yet rich in history and atmosphere, Taroudant offers an authentic glimpse into traditional Moroccan life — warm hospitality, palm-lined squares and the aromas of local cuisine included.
